Melbourne, die Hauptsadt des Bundesstaates Victoria war unsere erste Station in Australien. Mit über 5 Millionen Einwohnern ist die
Metropolregion am Yarra River auch die größte Stadt des australischen Kontinents - sogar größer als Sydney.
Dass die Bevölkerung der Stadt zu einem großen Teil aus Einwanderern besteht, ist offensichtlich. Man sieht hier viele Menschen aus Indien, China und Vietnam,
aber auch Engländer und Neuseeländer.

Melbourne, the capital of the state of Victoria, was our first stop in Australia. With a population of over 5 million, the
metropolitan region on the Yarra River is also the largest city on the Australian continent - even larger than Sydney.
It is obvious that the city's population is largely made up of immigrants. You see many people from India, China and Vietnam here,
but also English and New Zealanders.
